As of today, Nikethamide is marketed in Russia as a drug for circulatory shock, asphyxia, and tranquilizers poisoning. In Europe, the drug is sold under the brand names of Glucardiamidand Gly-Coramin as Nikethamide+Glucose lozenges and is used to relieve fatigue symptoms.
